2016

New design but tried and tested quality: Zablers Hochzeit Nudeln and Paradiso in a new packaging design, more tempting than ever.

2014

Zabler expanded the Paradiso Bio range and introduced the first Zabler wholegrain pasta for green-minded connoisseurs. Paradiso Bio pasta from wholegrain semolina is available as Spaghetti, Fettucce and Fusilli.

2012

The classic product got a new packaging design: Zabler Hochzeit Nudeln were presented in a new look.

2007

Zabler established a second premium brand in the segment by launching Paradiso Bio. The premium organic pasta with the green heart relies on controlled organic ingredients and is available in 12 delicious varieties even today.

1989

Zabler introduces Nudelnester in the market, as the first German supplier. Their special texture brings out a lot of pasta flavour with each bite - an effect which makes them popular even today.

1979

A strong national distribution network, huge awareness and tremendous popularity increased the demand for Zabler pasta so much, that a new production facility became necessary. This was opened at the location Bruchsal in 1979 and stands even today.

1970

Hans-Bernd Zabler took over the management of the company from his father Bernhard Zabler and continued his father’s work successfully. His passionate commitment and his drive made Hochzeit Nudeln Germany’s leading premium brand in subsequent years. Hans-Bernd Zabler succeeded in establishing nationwide distribution, as a result of which Zabler Hochzeit Nudeln became available in almost all the renowned German trading concerns.

1979

A big step at that time, today a cult: The first TV spot of Zabler Hochzeit Nudeln went on air.

1964

The birth of one of Germany’s most famous pasta specialities: ZABLER launched Hochzeit Nudeln in the market. The food trade, but mainly connoisseurs, were soon convinced of the taste and high quality.

1949

The first Zabler pasta factory commenced production and manufactured top quality pasta, which began its triumphant journey, initially in the local region, but later in the whole country.

1948

Germany made a new economic start - and Bernhard Zabler, as one of the pioneers of his time, broke new ground with the first Zabler pasta factory in Mingolsheim.

1929

Our founder, Bernhard Zabler, opened a bakery in the town of Mingolsheim in Baden. Apart from baked goods, the bakery also offered splendid hand-made pasta.

Only high quality durum wheat is used for our hard wheat semolina. It is cultivated in regions which are the best in the world, by virtue of their ideal climatic conditions: USA, Canada, France, Germany and the Mediterranean countries.

While grinding the durum wheat to durum wheat semolina only the innermost of the durum grain is processed. Thus, we only use the most valuable parts of the grain.

The Zabler quality guarantee

For the manufacture of the Zabler Hochzeit Nudeln, we only use grade A eggs, which we beat daily one by one. They are then directly processed at a temperature below 4° C while they are still fresh. We always source our eggs from farms which have free-range hens and which guarantee the hygienically flawless quality of the eggs.

On the one hand, this guarantees high quality eggs without any compromise. On the other hand, it ensures the exact, typical, delicious egg taste and the golden yellow colour, which make our Zabler Hochzeit pasta so special.
